What is Chelation therapy?
It is the intravenous administration of an amino acid called EDTA into the bloodstream. EDTA is not metabolized by the body and therefore all of it eventually leaves the body through the urine after completing its job.
What does EDTA do?
- EDTA grabs onto various minerals ( i.e. chelates them ) before leaving the body through the urine.
- It removes excessive heavy metals from the body including lead, mercury, copper, iron, and cadmium.
- It removes excessive amounts of calcium out of the soft tissue caused by repeated injury from smoking and alcohol consumption, and puts it back into bone. This strengthens the bone as well as normal muscle contractions.
- EDTA not only removes calcium but also removes whatever the calcium is attached to, such as fatty plaques in arterial walls. This helps increase blood flow which reduces blood pressure and the risk for heart disease, stroke, and limb amputation. It also helps prevent arterial disease by working with Vitamin C to restore lost enzymatic processes and promote endothelium caused by repeated irritation to the blood.
- By increasing blood flow to the brain, chelation therapy helps increase short term memory which helps people who have had a stroke and people with Alzheimers disease.
- It helps by improving arterial disease in the extremities and therefore helps with intermittent claudication, non healing chronic wounds, and gangrene.
- Chelation helps people with macular degeneration, migraine headaches, scleroderma, arthritis, impotence, kidney calcifications, multiple sclerosis, and diabetes mellitus.
- Chelation also helps with osteoporosis by decreasing serum calcium levels. The reduction in serum calcium causes the release of parathormone from the parathyroid gland which forces calcium back into bone in an attempt to maintain body supplies.
- Chelation helps circulation to the organs such as the brain, heart, liver, kidneys, and pancreas.
- Chelation helps people with Diabetes Mellitus by opening up insulin receptor sites which the need for extra insulin.
- Chelation also helps slow down the aging process by increasing anti-oxidant activity and thereby decreasing free radical damage to the tissues. It therefore helps in people with cancer.
Far Infrared Saunas and Detox
Detox at a cellular level. Detoxify the body from heavy metals including mercury, lead, cadmium, and aluminum. Detoxify arsenic, formaldehyde, and industrial chemicals. Sunlight Saunas Solocarbon heaters helps to purify cells, where our body stores waste and harmful toxins, such as cholesterol and heavy metals. Detoxification is made simple and easy through far infrared sauna therapy.
Far Infrared Sauna Therapy Health Benefits
Far-infrared saunas have shown to assist in weight loss, pain management, skin purification, detoxification and stress reduction. Far-infrared saunas can also provide relief to patients suffering from arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and certain skin conditions. Solocarbon Far-infrared sauna therapy surrounds the body and penetrates deeply into joints, muscles and tissues, speeding oxygen flow and increasing circulation. Natural body healing with Sunlight Saunas therapy leads to a healthier lifestyle for you and those around you.
Infrared Sauna vs Traditional Sauna
Infrared heaters warm the body in the same manner as natural sunlight. FIR heat therapy uses the wavelength of the visible and non-visible light spectrum of sunlight that heats the body normally. Traditional saunas raise the temperature of the air to a very high level within the chamber to warm the body. Some people have difficulty breathing in this extremely warm air. FIR saunas work differently. Instead of heating the air within the enclosure, FIR saunas heat the body directly. The result is deeper tissue penetration. In the FIR sauna, the body perspires and receives all of the healthy benefits but avoids the harmful and extremely hot air of a traditional steam sauna. FIR saunas are safe for all ages.
Chelation therapy combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy works synergistically to promote wellness in a variety of conditions.
